High School Reunion + Snowbird

Yes, it has been 10 years!  We had a casual reunion on Friday in our old high school that is about to be torn down.  I didn't take my camera, maybe I will find a picture to steal from someone else.  My good friend Ali planned it and did a great job.  It was fun to see some old friends and classmates, but really most people haven't changed all that much in 10 years.  Jack got an award for being in school the longest (he said it was the first time school has ever paid off for him so far).  Jack and I also found our old lockers.  We happened to "locker" near each other Junior year, how romantic.  And Jack and I weren't the only ones who married within the class, there are at least six other couples like us!

Speaking of reunions, we got to see a lot of high school friends this summer.  Jack had a group of awesome guy friends and we are lucky we still get to see them and that their wives are so fun to hang out with too.
Look at all these kiddos!  This represents the Flamms, Evans, Drages, Thackerays and Stringhams.

Swinging with Jackson, Hannah and Will Drage.

Popsicle Time! Cole Evans, Brooklyn Evans, Kate Drage, Jackson, Gwen Ericksen, Hannah, Will Drage.
Two days before the reunion I got food poisoning really bad.  By Friday morning I could barely move and I hadn't kept anything down in two days, not even a teaspoon of water.  I had to call my awesome mother-in-law Kim to come drive me to the Instacare and take my kids for awhile while I had some IV fluids put in.  After being rehydrated and taking some Zofran I felt well enough to go to the reunion and then spent the night at Snowbird (thanks to Marianna for watching our kids up at Snowbird while we went to the reunion).

We planned to spend the weekend at the Stringham's timeshare at Snowbird, but by Sunday night I didn't feel like going home quite yet.  So the kids and I stayed for a few extra days and Jack made the commute to the hospital from Snowbird every day.  We swam a lot, rode the tram, had picnics, had friends over for dinner and just relaxed.  Again I totally forgot my camera!  Here are the only pictures I have from the week, thanks to MeKenzie for taking them:
All the kids trying to watch "Cars" in Liz's lap.

What a poser.  Hannah loved riding the tram and doing the bungee trampoline, she is getting to be a lot more daring recently!
