It is hard to know what to cook for just yourself and a two-year-old who currently seems to have no appetite. So tonight I told Hannah she was in charge of making dinner. She was pretty excited about it. First she requested quesadillas, but when I pulled out the electric griddle she quickly changed her mind to pancakes. While I mixed the batter, she scoured the fridge and decided she wanted to put cheese and yogurt on her pancake. So that's what we made. She wanted syrup on top too. She actually ate it all. Don't call the nutrition police. I guess its true that two-year-olds love having choices and making decisions. And for dessert? A spoonful of Nutella (just one I promise).
