Every 6 Weeks
Every six weeks, Jack is between rotations which means that he gets a whole weekend off: no studying, no call, no work. This last weekend he finished OB/GYN and so we took advantage of our time together. On Friday night after Jack's test we went with some of our friends from medical school to Silver Lake at Brighton and had a picnic. It was so beautiful there and it was fun to be with our friends.
On Saturday morning we went hiking up Milcreek Canyon with our sister-in-law Cynthia and her crazy dog. Hannah hiked uphill for an hour without resting before she got too tired. Jackson took a nap in the backpack. It was a beautiful hike and we were proud of how well the kids did.
