Autumn & Princesses

It seems like there are so many fun things to do in October.  And to make it even better, Jack is currently doing his family medicine rotation so he has a bit more time to spend with us recently.

Last week, the Utah Medical Association Alliance was kind enough to pay for a day at Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point for medical student and resident families.  I took the kids and it was so much fun!  They had so much to do, we couldn't even see everything in the three hours we spent there.  Hannah's favorite part was the Pumpkin Princess Playground.  It had two castles, a Cinderella coach and a costume closet.  They were blasting Disney music and Hannah would put on the appropriate costume for each song and dance around.  You would have thought she'd died and gone to Disney princess heaven.

We also went to a fundraiser for the Coleman family.  We went to high school with Whit and Lindsey Coleman and now their two children have a terminal illness called SMA.  Hannah loved the fundraiser because there were princesses walking around.  She insisted on wearing her mermaid costume in hopes that Ariel would be there, but sadly she wasn't. I just love my princess girl!
