It was very difficult to keep the secret since I was feeling so terrible. I even threw up at my parents' house a couple of times while they were there! Plus, by the time you have your third child, it is pretty hard to hide a growing belly.
By the time 12 weeks rolled around, I was sure that everyone already knew about the pregnancy, but they were just humoring me or were too afraid to ask.
On Wednesday it was Paul's birthday and we took him a card that said, "Happy birthday Papa Paul! I can't wait to meet you in September. Love grandbaby #4." It had an ultrasound picture inside. He seemed genuinely surprised, but Kim and Sarah admitted that they had been suspecting that I was pregnant.
On Sunday I was sure that my mom already knew too, but we gave her the same card as Paul. She was actually very surprised! At first she thought it was from Andrea. It took everyone a few seconds to realize who it was from.
We had been keeping the secret from Hannah so she wouldn't spill the beans, so we told her on Sunday too. She was very confused by the ultrasound picture since she couldn't really tell what it was. Now she keeps saying, "You are not having a baby! Your tummy isn't huge!"
Since my mom's birthday was on Sunday, Andrea and I (dad helped too) decided to make her dinner. We also had a celebration with my family for Jackson's birthday.

He was so excited to have presents and blow out candles! |
