Girl!
Hannah is elated. I reminded her in the morning that the baby might be a boy. She cried. I told her if it was a girl I would bring her a pink balloon and if it was a boy I would bring a blue one. She cried. She was so relieved to see that pink balloon. She keeps saying, "I can't believe I was right! It is girl! I just can't believe your baby is a girl."
Jackson doesn't care at all about the gender. Actually he is not that interested in the baby at all. He was excited to get a balloon no matter the color.
Of course Jack and I would have been happy no matter what, but we are very excited to meet our baby girl! Somehow finding out the gender makes the whole thing seem more real.
So cute! Caroline really wants this baby to be a girl too. She asked me what we would do with it if it were a boy? Like we wouldn't keep it or something. But she has had a lot of time to think about it and at this point I think she would be ok with either. Jack of course is clueless and I'm not sure he really knows what is happening. Congrats!

ReplyDeleteHow fun! Girl, boy, girl...just like your mom. Did you plan it? :) It's so fun to find out! It makes it seem real, and like all that sickness might be worth it after all! Hope you are feeling better!!!
