Jackson Preschool - October

More pictures from Jackson's school.  I have been so pleased with his school.  He has grown in so many ways since starting school just a couple of months ago.  He is very shy and when he started he refused to talk to his teacher or to the other kids (except Ila).  Fast forward to the other day and when I dropped him off he ran to his teacher and gave her a big hug.  He is friends with all the kids in his class now.  He enjoys his yoga and dance classes.  He loves the homework he brings home and promptly completes it, usually without any help from me.  They do so many fun projects and his teacher is really great about finding little learning moments based on their interests.   When he comes home he often asks me to work on reading with him and print out math worksheets for him.  I pulled out a book the other day to try to explain how he can sound out words and he immediately understood and read the entire book to me.  He loves to watch Hannah do her math homework and now knows his addition facts very well.  He's such a smart boy with a huge appetite for learning.
